| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 포장재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 포장재에 미세한 홈이나 구멍을 형성하여 포장재의 통기성을 향상시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 실리콘 웨이퍼를 마련하는 단계와, 상기 실리콘 웨이퍼의 표면에 산화 막을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 산화 막을 포토리소그래피 공정을 이용하여 패터닝하는 단계와, 결정 방향에 따른 에칭 속도의 차이를 이용하여, 상기 실리콘 웨이퍼를 습식 이방성 에칭하는 단계와, 상기 산화 막을 제거하는 단계와, 상기 실리콘 웨이퍼의 표면에 금속 층을 성장시키는 단계와, 상기 금속 층을 상기 실리콘 웨이퍼의 표면에서 분리하여 전사 몰드를 획득하는 단계와, 상기 전사 몰드의 패턴을 포장재에 전사하여 포장재의 통풍성을 향상시키는 단계를 포함하는 통기성이 향상된 포장재의 제조방법이 제공된다. | - |
