태양광을 이용한 구난용 개인식별 태그RFID tag utilizing organic solar cells
본 발명은 태양광을 이용한 구난용 개인식별 태그에 관한 것으로, 유연기판(110)과; 상기 유연기판(110)에 구비되어 사용자의 식별정보를 송출하기 위한 RFID모듈(120)과; 상기 유연기판(110)에 구비되어 빛에너지를 전기에너지로 변환하여 발생된 전원을 상기 RFID모듈(120)로 공급하는 태양전지모듈(130)을 포함하여, 태양광을 이용하여 필요한 전원을 자체 공급이 가능하며, 전체가 박막의 패치타입으로써 사용 및 휴대가 편리한 효과가 있다.
