dc.description.abstract | The present invention relates to a method of acquiring a parallel magnetic resonance image and a method thereof, and more particularly, to a method of acquiring a magnetic resonance image using a radial k-space trajectory, and an apparatus thereof. A method of reconstructing a parallel magnetic resonance image using a radial k-space trajectory comprises acquiring magnetic resonance data according to the radial k-space trajectory, setting a rotation relation between the radial k-space trajectory and a Cartesian k-space trajectory, and reconstructing a magnetic resonance image from the magnetic resonance data based on the rotation relation. | - |
