저 소비 전력형 가스 센서Low power consumption type gas sensor
본 발명은 저 소비 전력형 가스 센서에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 특정 가스 감지를 위한 감지 물질의 동작에 소비되는 전력을 최소화한 저 소비 전력형 가스 센서에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의한 가스 센서에 따르면, 기판으로 인하여 소모되는 전력을 최소화함으로써 감지 물질의 동작에 소비되는 전력을 현저히 줄일 수 있음은 물론 칩 패키지 형태로 구현하여 휴대용 기기 등에 이용할 수 있다.
