본 발명은 타겟 mRNA의 유전자 침묵을 유발하는 sRNA에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 타겟 인식 염기서열의 위치, 길이 및 매치구조에 따른 유전자 침묵 유발 및 특정 유전자에 대한 유전자 침묵 억제 효과에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 sRNA는 특정 유전자의 발현을 억제할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
