본 발명은 2차원 구조를 가지는 그래핀의 산화물 형태인 산화 그래핀을 환원시킨 환원 그래핀의 제조에 있어서 환원제 비율이 특정한 영역에서 침전이 형성되지 않고 안정한 분산된 부분 환원된 그래핀을 갖도록 한 그래핀 용액의 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 코팅용액에 관한 것이다.
