폴리도파민계 나노입자, 불수용성 약물이 표면에 코팅된 폴리도파민계 나노입자 및 이들의 제조방법Nano particle of polydopamine derivatives, nano particle of polydopamine derivatives coated with water-nonsoluble drug and preparation methods thereof
본 발명은 폴리도파민계 나노입자, 불수용성 약물이 표면에 코팅된 폴리도파민계 나노입자 이들의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 폴리도파민계 나노입자는 원-포트(One-pot) 공정으로 제조될 수 있으며, 상기 폴리도파민계 나노입자의 제조과정 중, 폴리도파민계 입자가 형성되는 단계에서 불수용성 약물을 투입하면, 불수용성 약물이 바인딩 되어있는 나노입자로 쉽게 형성되므로, 약물의 용출이 아닌 폴리도파민계 입자 표면에 약물이 바인딩되어 있는 새로운 형태의 약물의 접촉 효과를 갖는다.
