본 발명은 양자구조를 포함하는 나노구조체에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 원뿔 또는 다각형뿔 형상의 상단을 갖는 오벨리스크 나노구조체로서, 상기 오벨리스크 나노구조체의 적어도 일부분에 형성된 양자구조를 포함하는 나노구조체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 광자 방출 소자에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 양자구조를 포함하는 나노구조체는 높은 광추출 효율 및 발광 재결합 효율이 우수하고, 단일 양자구조의 위치 확인이 용이하여 고효율의 광자 방출 소자를 제공할 수 있다.
