| dc.description.abstract | 부성 미분 저항 소자를 포함하는 반사형 증폭기 회로가 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 반사형 증폭기 회로는 입력 신호를 수신하는 제1 포트, 제2 포트, 제3 포트, 및 제4 포트를 포함하는 신호 결합기와, 상기 제3 포트에 접속되고, 상기 입력 신호로부터 분리된 제1 신호를 반사하여 상기 제2 포트로 전송하는 제1 부성 미분 저항 소자와, 상기 제4 포트에 접속되고, 상기 입력 신호로부터 분리된 제2 신호를 반사하여 상기 제2 포트로 전송하는 제2 부성 미분 저항 소자를 포함할 수 있다. | - |
