본 발명은 루테늄산화물 및 코발트산화물 입자를 함유하는 코어-쉘 형상의 나노섬유 구조를 가지는 금속산화물 물산화촉매 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 산화능이 현저히 향상된 고효율의 루테늄산화물 및 코발트산화물 입자를 함유하는 코어-쉘 형상의 나노섬유 구조를 가지는 금속산화물 물산화촉매를 대량으로 제조하는데 유용하다.
