본 발명의 실시예에 따른 데이터 전송 방법은 상향링크 프레임 상의 할당 영역에 관한 정보를 수신하는 단계 및 복수의 내부 블록으로 구분되는 상기 할당 영역내에서 도약 패턴에 따라 상기 복수의 내부 블록 중 적어도 하나의 내부 블록을 통해 상향링크 데이터를 전송하는 단계를 포함한다. 단말에게 유리한 영역의 무선자원을 할당할 수 있다. 무선통신, 다중접속.
