블록공중합체 나노패터닝방법 및 이를 이용한 편광자 제조방법이 개시된다. 개시된 블록공중합체 나노패터닝방법은 하부기판 위에 블록공중합체를 소정두께로 도포하는 단계, 블록공중합체를 패터닝하여 소정 종횡비를 가지도록 두께구배를 주는 단계 및 두께구배가 형성된 블록공중합체를 열처리하여 자기조립된 블록공중합체를 그 두께구배방향으로 정렬시키는 단계를 포함한다.
