마이크로파 가열을 이용한 리튬이차전지용 양극 분말의제조방법(Synthesis Method of Cathode Powder for LithiumSecondary Battery by Microwave Heating)
본 발명은 휴대전원으로서 각광받고 있는 리튬이차전지용 양극 분말의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 양극 분말의 열처리과정은 양극 분말을 탄소와 함께 마이크로파에 노출시켜 탄소의 가열을 유도하여 환원성 분위기를 조성하면서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 양극 분말의 제조방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 의하면 기존의 고상반응법, 졸겔법 등에서 불활성 기체를 흘려주면서 환원분위기를 조절하는 방법과는 달리 간단하게 환원성 분위기를 제어할 수 있다.
