초기 응력을 이용한 광섬유 센서 제작 방법Manufacturing Method for Fiber Optic Sensors using Pre-stress
본 발명은 초기 응력을 이용한 광섬유 센서 제작 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 광섬유에 길이 또는 두께 방향을 따라 초기 응력을 발생시킨 상태에서 초기 광섬유 브래그 격자를 형성한 후 응력을 제거하여 초기 광섬유 브래그 격자의 격자 간 간격을 변화시킴으로써 광섬유 브래그 격자를 형성하는 것을 포함하는 초기 응력을 이용한 광섬유 센서 제작 방법에 관한 것이다.
