인간 다능성 줄기세포를 네프론 전구세포로 분화시키는 방법Method for inducing differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells into nephron progenitor cells
본 발명은 인간 다능성 줄기세포(human pluripotent stem cell; hPSCs)로부터 네프론 전구세포(nephron progenitor cells; NPCs) 분화 유도 방법 및 이에 이용되는 분화 유도용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 인간 다능성 줄기세포를 개별 조건에서 특수 배양하여 정상적인 신장 발달 과정에 있어서 주요 단계인 중내배엽인 원시선, 중간 중배엽 및 네프론 전구세포로 쉽게 분화시킴으로써, 향후 분화된 신장전구세포를 손상된 신장계의 치료, 및 중배엽계 조직 및 구조들의 세포 대체 치료에 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
