본 발명에 따른 복조장치는 발진신호를 출력하는 스핀소자; 상기 스핀소자에 소정 위상동조특성을 부여하여, 상기 발진신호가 상기 스핀소자에 입력되는 변조신호에 동조되도록 하는 위상제어부; 및 상기 스핀소자에서 출력되는 상기 변조신호에 동조된 발진신호를 복조하여, 상기 발진신호에 실린 정보를 복원하는 검파기;를 포함한다.
