MASS SPECTROMETRIC METHODS FOR SEQUENCING NUCLEIC ACIDS핵산을 배열하기 위한 대량 분광계 방법
A mass spectrometric method for sequencing nucleic acids using RNA polymerases, including DNAdependent and RNAdependent RNA polymerases, is provided. The methods include use the RNA polymerase is to generate a set of nested RNA transcripts, which are analyzed mass spectrometry. A method of identifying transcriptional terminator sequences or attenuator sequences is also provided.
