절연 냉각 유체는 절연 오일, 절연 오일 내에 분산된 나노 입자, 및 절연 오일에 혼합되어 나노 입자들 사이에 개재되는 소수성 계면 활성제를 포함한다. 소수성 성분들이 혼합되어 분산성, 열전도성이 향상된 저점도 절연 냉각 유체가 구현될 수 있다.
