알칼리토금속 헥사페라이트 나노입자 제조방법, 이에 의하여 제조된 알칼리토금속 헥사페라이트 나노입자 및 이를 포함하는 극초단파 차폐물질이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 알칼리토금속 헥사페라이트 나노입자 제조방법은 상기 제 1 혼합물과 카르복실산기-함유 화합물을 용매에 혼합하여, 제 2 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 제 2 혼합물을 제 1 열처리하여 알칼리토금속 헥사페라이트 나노입자를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따르면, 단일 결정의 바륨헥사페라이트(BHF)와 스트론튬헥사페라이트(SHF)와 같은 알칼리토금속 헥사페라이트 나노입자는 금속-카르복실산염의 열분해로써 얻을 수 있다. 이에 따라 얻어지는 알칼리토금속 헥사페라이트 나노입자는 단일 도메인 구조를 보이며, 극초단파 차폐에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
