| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 전기전도성 액체가 주입되도록 내경을 갖고 전압이 인가되어 전기전도성 액체의 전하가 분리되도록 형성된 모세관부, 전하가 분리된 전기전도성 액체가 유입되도록 모세관부의 일측 말단에 연결되고 내부에 빈 공간이 형성된 챔버부, 및 챔버부의 일측에 연결되어 전도성 액체를 이송하도록 형성된 슬릿노즐 및 전도성 액체가 집중되어 정전분무되도록 슬릿노즐의 출구에 구비된 스프레이 팁으로 이루어진 슬릿노즐부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한 스프레이 팁을 구비한 슬릿노즐 및 이를 이용한 박막코팅방법에 관한 것이다. 따라서 정전분무가 균일하고 안정적으로 이루어져 대면적 코팅이 가능하고 설계 및 제작도 간편하다. | - |
