ＰＣＲ 수행 없는 소위성 주형 반복 유전자 타이핑법PCR-free Minisatellite Tandem Repeat Genotyping
본 발명은 PCR 없이 라이게이션 반응 및 특정 구조의 미세관 전기영동(μCE) 장치를 이용하여 VNTR 좌위 수를 확인하는, 당해 분야에서 새롭고 효과적인 유전자 타이핑 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 빠른 속도, 높은 감도, 낮은 비용 및 간단한 장치로 인한 휴대성 등 다양한 장점을 가지고 있는 디지털 단위 반복 유전자 타이핑 방법에 대한 우수한 플랫폼으로 사용될 수 있다.
