고명암비 유기 발광 소자 및 이를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치High contrast organic light emitting device and display apparatus comprising the same
본 발명은 고명암비 유기 발광 소자 및 이를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치에 관한 것으로서, 외광 반사에 의해 명암비가 감소하는 현상을 방지하기 위하여 기판 하부 또는 봉지층 상부에 중성 광흡수 필터와 같은 광 흡수층을 구비하고, 유기 발광 소자에는 마이크로캐비티 구조를 채용함으로써, 색 왜곡 없이 전 파장에 걸쳐서 외광 반사를 효과적으로 방지함은 물론 광 흡수층에 의한 광 세기 감소를 보완하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
