이 발명의 투과 격자판과 거울을 이용한 광섬유 센서는, 외부환경의 온도변화 또는 측정대상물의 거동변화에 따라 발생하는 변위를 투과 격자판과 반사 거울 및 광섬유를 이용해 측정한 후, 이를 이용해 외부환경의 온도변화 또는 측정대상물의 거동변화(변위, 압력, 진동 또는 가속도 등등)에 대한 다양한 측정이 가능하도록 구성되어 있다.
