고강도 질화알루미늄(AlN) 소결체 및 이의 저온 소결방법High strength Aluminum Nitride ceramics and the method of low temperature sintering thereof
본 발명은 질화알루미늄(AlN)을 1600 ℃ 이하의 저온에서 소결하기 위한 소결조제로서 리튬-전이금속 복합 산화물 및 알칼리 토금속 산화물 또는 희토류 금속 산화물을 사용하는 질화알루미늄(AIN) 소결체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의해 얻어지는 질화알루미늄(AIN) 소결체는 저온 소성이 가능하며 우수한 기계적 특성을 가질 수 있다.
