Q 팩터 강화 회로가 제공되며, 공진 회로와 연결되고, 공진 회로의 단자 전압에 기초하여 공진 회로에서 발생된 저항 성분에 의한 누설 전류를 보상하는 트랜스컨덕턴스(Transconductance)부; 및 트랜스 컨덕턴스부의 출력 전압을 미러링하여 전류의 역류를 방지하는 전류 미러(Current Mirror)부를 포함한다.
