대사체 프로파일링을 이용한 정신질환의 진단 또는 진행성 예측 방법 및 바이오마커Methods for Diagnosis or Progress Prediction of Mental Disorder Using Metabolite Profiling and Biomarker
본 발명은 공포자극에 특이적인 뇌대사체 프로파일링을 이용한 공포관련 정신질환의 진단 또는 진행성 예측방법 및 이를 위한 바이오마커에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 공포자극에 반응하여 변화되는 특정 뇌대사체들을 선별하였으며, 이와 같은 뇌대사체 프로파일링을 기존의 진단 방법과 함께 이용하는 경우, 효과적으로 공포 또는 불안에 의해 유발되는 정신질환을 진단할 수 있으며, 또한 치료과정에 따른 정신질환의 진행성을 예측할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
