편광 렌즈를 포함하는 안경을 이용한 알람 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면 사용자로부터 알람 설정 시각을 입력받는 단계; 상기 알람 설정 시각에 구동 모터를 회전시키는 단계; 상기 구동 모터의 회전으로 외측 편광 렌즈가 회전하는 단계;를 포함하는 안경을 이용한 알람 방법을 제공한다.
