멀티모달 현미경Multi-modal microscope
멀티모달 현미경이 개시된다. 멀티모달 현미경은 일반 광학 현미경(wide-field), 공초점 현미경(confocal microscope), 이광자 현미경(TPM, Two Photons Microscope), 형광수명시간 이미징 현미경(FLIM, Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscope), 스펙트럴 이미징(Spectral Imaging) 분광 현미경의 각각의 광학계를 배치하여 하나로 통합한 멀티모달 현미경을 포함하며, 멀티모달 현미경의 모달리티를 변경하여 스위칭 필터 방식으로 선택된 광학계의 광경로에 따라 빔 스플리터가 선택되어 하나의 시편을 여러 모달리티의 영상을 획득하여 종합적인 시편 분석을 하게 되었다.
