효소촉매를 이용한 생분해성 고분자의 제조방법 및 이에의해 제조된 생분해성 고분자A process for preparing biodegradable elastomer usingan enzyme catalyst and biodegradable elastomerprepared by the same method
본 발명은 효소촉매를 이용한 생분해성 고분자의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 생분해성 고분자에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 2차 히드록시 관능기를 포함하는 다가 알콜 단량체와 디카르복실기를 가진 산 단량체를 효소촉매 존재 하에 축합 중합 반응시킴을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 생분해성 고분자는 축합중합 과정 시 효소를 사용하여 중합 반응시킴으로써, 제조가 용이하며, 자연 친화적이고, 중합 반응시 반응 시간에 따라 분자량을 조절할 수 있어 약물 방출 시스템에서의 약물량 조절, 조직공학에서의 환자가 원하는 생체조직 재생을 위한 지지체로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
