미세조류로부터 바이오디젤을 제조하는 방법Extraction mehod of triglycerides from microalgaes by swelling with fatty acid methyl esters
본 발명은 미세조류에 바이오디젤을 포함하는 용매를 첨가하여 미세조류내 포함된 기름방울(Oil drop)을 팽윤(swelling)시키는 단계; 상기 팽윤된 기름방울을 포함하는 미세조류로부터 바이오오일을 추출하는 단계; 상기 추출된 바이오오일을 전이에스테르화 시키는 단계; 및 전이에스테르화된 바이오디젤을 정제하는 단계;를 포함하는, 미세조류로부터 바이오디젤을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의한 바이오디젤의 제조방법은 종래기술과 대비하여 미세조류내 바이오오일의 추출효율을 높일 수 있고 유기용매의 사용을 억제함으로써, 저비용 친환경 공정을 제공할 수 있다.
