본 발명은 가스 감지막, 이를 포함하는 가스센서 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명은 자기 조립된 금속산화물 나노입자를 포함하는 금속산화물 나노입자 응집체 층; 및 상기 응집체 층 위에 적층되어 있는 금속산화물 나노와이어 층을 포함하고, 상기 금속산화물 나노와이어는 상기 금속산화물 나노입자 응집체 또는 상기 응집체 층과 서로 연결되어 있는 가스 감지막, 이를 포함하는 가스센서 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
