히알루론산 카테콜 접합체 및 이의 용도Hyaluronic acid catechol conjugate and use thereof
본 발명은 히알루론산 카테콜 접합체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 히알루론산 카테콜 제조 후 의료용 이식물의 표면을 개질 시키는 기술과 생체활성물질을 고정화 시키는 방법을 포함하는 의료용 이식물 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 방법에 따라 제조된 히알루론산 카테콜 접합체는 임플란트, 치과용 임플란트, 스텐트, 나사, 골 대체물 등의 의료용 이식물 혹은 의료용 소재 표면에 고정화 하여 더 나은 소재로 개발할 수 있으므로 다양한 의료용 물질에 적용시킬 경우 매우 유용한 코팅 방법을 제공한다.
