스핀 나노소자 어레이를 사용한 변조기Modem using an array of spin oscillators
본 발명은 스핀 나노소자 어레이에서 발진신호에 사용자 정보를 실어 선택적으로 또는 동시에 주파수 변조 또는/및 진폭변조를 하여 무선으로 전송하는 모뎀에 관한 것으로서, 나노 사이즈로 만들어지는 스핀 나노소자를 n x m 어레이 구조로 만들고, 요구되는 스핀 나노소자를 초고주파 신호에 실어 전달하고자 하는 정보에 따라 선택하여 별도로 또는 동시에 진폭변조와 주파수 변조 및 복조를 하는 구조이다.
