본 발명에 따른 생체용 플라스틱 나노제너레이터 제조방법은 층상기판 상에 압전물질층 및 금속층을 적층시켜 압전소자를 형성하는 단계; 상기 압전소자 상에 분리유도금속을 접합시키는 단계; 상기 층상기판을 제거하는 단계; 상기 압전소자를 플라스틱 기판 상에 전사시키는 단계; 및 상기 압전소자 상에 접합된 분리유도금속을 제거하는 단계;를 포함한다.
