본 발명의 실시예에 따른 무선 송신기는, 입력되는 입력 데이터에 대응되는 데이터 전압을 생성하는 온-오프 제어부; 상기 데이터 전압에 따른 부성 미분 저항 소자(negative differential conductance element)에 의해 온-오프(on-off)되고, 발진 주파수를 생성하는 발진부; 및 상기 발진 주파수를 출력하는 출력부를 구비한다.
