패턴이 형성된 템플릿 기판 상에 고분자 박막을 코팅하는 단계; 상기 고분자 박막에 접착 필름을 접착시켜 상기 템프릿 기판으로부터 떼어냄으로써 상기 고분자 박막을 복제 박막 몰드로 제작하는 단계; 상기 복제 박막 몰드 상에 기능성 물질을 증착하여 나노구조체를 형성하는 단계; 및 유기 용매 증기를 이용하여 상기 접착 필름과 상기 복제 박막 몰드간 접착력을 선택적으로 약화시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노구조체 제조방법이 제공된다.
