휨 특성이 뛰어난 투명 전도막, 및 그것을 이용한 투명 전극 및 유기 전자 소자가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 투명 전도막은, 기판; 상기 기판 상에 적층되며, 상기 기판의 표면을 평탄화시키는 평탄화 층; 상기 평탄화 층 위에 적층된 제1 절연체/반도체 층; 상기 절연체 또는 반도체 층 위에 적층된 금속 박막 층; 및 상기 금속 박막 층 위에 적층된 제2 절연체/반도체 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
