그래핀-탄소나노튜브의 계층적 구조체 및 그의 제조 방법Graphene-carbonnanotubes hierarchical structures and method of manufacturing the same
본 발명은 그래핀-탄소나노튜브의 계층적 구조체 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게 그래핀 위에 금속 나노 입자를 첨가함으로써 계층적 구조를 가지는 탄소나노튜브로 성장시킬 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 종래 탄소나노튜브 대비 비표면적이 증가한 계층적 구조체의 탄소나노튜브를 획득할 수 있으며, 금속 전구체에 따라 금속 기능화된 탄소나노튜브 구조체를 획득할 수 있다. 또한, 마이크로파를 이용함으로써 친환경적인 방법으로 탄소나노튜브를 제조할 수 있다.
