목적 단백질의 정제용 폴리펩타이드 및 이의 용도Polypeptide for purification of target protein and use thereof
본 발명은 슈도모나스속 균주에서 목적 단백질의 세포외 분비와 정제를 위한 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게, 슈도모나스 플루오레슨스의 LARD 3 펩타이드를 포함하는, 슈도모나스속 균주에서 목적 단백질의 세포외 분비와 정제를 위한 조성물 및 슈도모나스속 균주에, 슈도모나스 플루오레슨스의 LARD 3 펩타이드의 암호화 폴리뉴클레오타이드와 목적 단백질의 유전자를 포함하는 발현 카세트를 도입하고, 상기 균주를 배양하여 목적 단백질을 세포외로 분비시키고, 상기 분비된 단백질을 소수성 상호작용 크로마토그래피를 이용하여 분리 또는 정제하는 단계를 포함하는, 슈도모나스속 균주에서 목적 단백질을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
