본 발명은 화학적, 물리적 특성이 개선된 저 에폭시 그룹을 가지는 산화 그래핀의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 2차원 구조를 가지는 그래핀의 산화물 형태인 산화 그래핀의 제조에 있어서 다양한 산소 기능기가 산화 그래핀의 끝단 혹은 가장자리 부근에 한정되도록 제조된, 저 에폭시 그룹을 가지는 산화 그래핀의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
