본 발명은 나노지형구조 미세전극칩, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 세포 성장방법에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 기판상에 나노 스케일의 요철이 지형적 구조로 형성되어 다양한 지형적 구조에서 세포를 성장시키며, 다양한 구조의 지형적 구조에 따른 신경세포의 반응을 연구할 수 있는 나노지형구조 미세전극칩, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 세포 성장방법에 관한 것이다.
