| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 OPA3 단백질 또는 상기 단백질을 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드를 유효성분으로 함유하는 항암 보조용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 본 발명의 OPA3 단백질은 세포 내 미토콘드리아의 분열과 결합 기작을 조절하고, 이를 통해, OPA3가 과발현된 암 세포에서 아폽토틱 자극에 의한 암 세포의 사멸이 더욱 민감하게 일어나게 하여 항암제를 단독 사용하는 경우에 비하여 아폽토시스 유발로 인한 항암치료에 현저한 상승효과를 가져오므로, OPA3 단백질 또는 이를 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드를 항암 보조용 조성물로 하여 항암제와 병용 투여함으로써 항암 치료에 있어 매우 효과적으로 사용될 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 항암제의 투여량을 최소화하여 항암제의 과다 투여로 인한 부작용을 줄일 수 있다. | - |
