Akt에 의해 활성화되어 암세포를 선별 사멸시키는 신규 BIM BH3 돌연변이 펩타이드A new BIM BH3 mutant peptide activated by Akt for killing cancer cells selectively
본 발명은 본 발명은 Akt에 의해 활성화되어 암세포를 선별 사멸시키는 신규 BIM(Bcl-2-interacting mediator of cell death) BH3 돌연변이 폴리펩타이드, 이를 코딩하는 유전자 및 상기 폴리펩타이드와 세포막 투과 단백질을 결합시켜 제조되는 융합단백질을 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 폴리펩타이드, 상기 유전자 또는 상기 융합단백질을 포함하는 암 억제용 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 암 억제용 조성물은 Akt가 과활성된 암, 즉 뇌종양, 난소암, 유방암, 자궁내막암, 간암, 흑색종, 소화기암, 폐암, 신장암, 갑상선암, 임파선암 및 전립선암을 치료하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
