| dc.description.abstract | 광소자는 미리 설정된 방향으로 형성된 주 도파로(main waveguide) 및 미리 설정된 위치에 기초하여 상기 주 도파로의 옆에 배치되는 2개 이상의 이웃 도파로들을 포함하고, 상기 주 도파로에서 진행되는 광신호의 광파가 상기 이웃 도파로들과 도파로 커플링(waveguide coupling)이 일어나는 현상을 이용하되, 상기 주 도파로 및 상기 이웃 도파로들 중 일부 영역에 굴절률을 변화시켜 상기 주 도파로 및 상기 이웃 도파로 사이의 커플링 정도가 조절됨에 응답하여, 상기 주 도파로의 출구로 진행하는 광신호의 세기가 제어된다. | - |
