본 발명은 스마트기기의 서비스 검색 프로토콜 판별 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 스마트기기의 서비스 검색 프로토콜 판별 장치는 서비스 검색 프로토콜(Service Discovery Protocol, SDP)에 관련된 정보를 저장하는 데이터베이스(Database), 프로빙 메시지(Probing Message)를 구성하는 메시지 구성부, 상기 프로빙 메시지를 외부기기로 전송하고, 상기 외부기기로부터 상기 프로빙 메시지에 대응하는 리턴 메시지(Return Message)를 수신하는 메시지 송수신부 및 상기 메시지 송수신부가 수신한 상기 리턴 메시지를 분석한 정보를 상기 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보와 비교하여 상기 외부기기의 서비스 검색 프로토콜을 판별하는 분석부를 포함할 수 있다.
