| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 폴리하이드록시알칸산 분해효소 기질결합 도메인의 폴리하이드록시알칸산에 대한 기질특이성을 이용하여, 목적 단백질을 기판에 위치특이적으로 고정시킨 단백질 칩 및 전기 단백질 칩을 이용한 단백질간 반응검출 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 목적 단백질을 기판 위에 위치-특이적으로 고정시켜 비특이적인 단백질 결합을 억제할 수 있으므로, 단백질 칩 제작시의 봉쇄공정과 복잡한 정제공정을 필요로 하지 않아 생산성과 경제성의 측면에서 큰 향상효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 본 발명의 단백질 칩을 이용하면 단백질간 상호반응을 보다 특이적이고 효율적으로 수행할 수 있으므로, 신약개발의 기초연구에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 폴리하이드록시알칸산, 폴리하이드록시알칸산 분해효소, 단백질 칩 | - |
