실시예에 따른 평판 공진기는 금속층, 금속층 상에 형성되고 광학 이득(optical gain) 특성을 가지며 금속층에 의해 표면에 전기장을 집중시키는 유전체층 및 유전체층 상에 형성되고 유전체층 표면의 전기장과 상호 작용하여 공진기를 형성하는 복수의 나노 와이어를 포함한다.
