금속층상에 증착된 가변 방사율 소재 박막 및 이의 제조방법Thin film of variable emittance material on metal layer and method for fabrication of the same
본 발명은 a) 란탄 전구체, 스트론튬 전구체, 망간 전구체를 용매와 혼합하여 졸용액을 형성하는 단계; b) 상기 a) 단계에서 형성된 혼합용액을 가열 및 교반하여 겔화시키는 단계; c) 상기 겔화된 혼합물을 금속 기판의 표면에 코팅하는 단계; 및 d) 상기 코팅된 층을 포함하는 금속기판을 하소하는 단계;를 포함하는 가변 방사율 소재 박막을 포함하는 구조체의 제조 방법 및 이에 의해 제조되는 가변 방사율 소재 박막을 포함하는 구조체에 관한 것이다.
