본 발명은 빛에 의해 RTK 신호전달을 가역적으로 활성화하는 융합단백질 및 그의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 수용체 타이로신 인산화효소(Receptor Tyrosine Kinase, RTK) 단백질 또는 상기 RTK 단백질의 리간드 결합 부위가 제거되거나 상기 리간드가 결합하지 않도록 변이된 RTK 변이체 단백질C-말단에 광유도 이합체 형성 단백질이 연결된 융합단백질을 제공한다.
