본 발명은 그래핀과 금속산화물 나노튜브의 복합체, 그의 제조 방법 및 이를 포함하는 센서에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명은 금속, 금속 산화물, 복합 금속 산화물 또는 이들의 혼합물로 형성되는 나노섬유 또는 금속산화물, 복합 금속 산화물 또는 이들의 혼합물로 형성되는 나노튜브를 넓은 표면적과 우수한 전기적 특성을 가지는 그래핀과 복합화하여 형성된 복합체를 질병 진단을 위한 날숨 검출 센서에 적용함으로써, 우수한 감도특성, 빠른 반응속도/회복속도, 선택성 등의 특성을 향상시키는 것에 관한 것이다.
